1 – User Data Collection and Handling

Eco Executive Cars Ltd collects the following user data:

  • Data provided by users – For example, data given in the process of app account registration;
  • Data created by users in the process of using app services – Such as geopositioning, data about app operation, and data about user’s device;
  • Data gathered from other sources – Such as business partners, financial services providers, and state authorities.

1.1 Data Provided by Users

  • User profile data – First name, last name, email, mobile number, physical address, payment, and bank account data.
  • Verification data – Checking documents and verifying driver’s identity might require licences, photos, and driver’s full name.
  • Technical support data – This might include bank details, user device information, user app information, recordings of telephone calls, trip data (date and time, physical addresses, flight information).

1.2 Data Created by Users in the Process of Using App Services

  • Geopositioning data – We track the geopositioning of drivers and passengers to organise rides, provide maximum comfort and service level, ensure safety, and identify and prevent fraud. Geopositioning is collected from mobile devices only if users allow it. Users can disable geopositioning, but this may result in poor service.
  • Transaction data – We collect data on transactions made using our services, including type of transaction, amount, date and time of transaction, and cardholder name.
  • App usage data – We gather data on how users interact with our app and services, including login and logout times, app functionality, app failures, and system data needed to improve app quality and performance.
  • Device data – We may collect data about the device used to access our services, such as device model, IP address, unique device ID, geo data, and connection quality data.

1.3 Data Collected from Other Sources

  • Business partners – Data from business partners providing additional services, such as payment providers, apps, and websites using our API or vice versa.
  • Travel data – Including information about passengers or drivers from business partners.
  • State authorities – Data as required by law.

2 – Service Provided Using Data for Provision, Personalization, Support, and Improvement of Services

2.1 Service Provision

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses data for provisioning, personalising, supporting, and improving its services, such as:

  • Creating and updating accounts;
  • Providing riding services (geopositioning data for service improvement), data exchange (calculation of arrival time, security provision, route calculation, linking to flight information, tracking, and sending ride information);
  • Payment processing and financial data management;
  • Operations needed to improve service and customer support, testing, analysis, and monitoring of service usage.

2.2 Security Provision

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses data to ensure the security and protection of users and our services. This includes:

  • Sharing driver name and photo with passengers per government requirements;
  • Using data from drivers’ and passengers’ devices to evaluate journey safety and remind drivers of best practices;
  • Identifying and preventing fraudulent activity, such as fraudulent accounts and unauthorised access to user accounts;
  • Using rating systems to evaluate drivers and passengers to prevent conflicts;
  • Reporting serious violations to third parties such as police authorities in compliance with legal requirements.

2.3 Client Support

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses personal data, application data, systems, and devices to provide technical support and improve service quality.

2.4 Research and Development

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses personal data for testing, research, analysis, development, and improvement of services to make them better and more secure and to develop new functionalities.

2.5 Sending Non-Marketing Messages

We use personal data to inform users about changes to terms and rules and to send necessary non-marketing messages related to service provision.

2.6 Fulfilling Legislation Requirements and Court Orders

We use personal data to comply with legal and court orders associated with the use of Eco Executive Cars Ltd services, fulfilling law orders, and responding to public authorities, including police.

2.7 Automation of Business Processes

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses personal data for the automation of business processes, such as:

  • Driver assignment based on availability, driving time, statistical user data;
  • Identifying users suspected of fraudulent or harmful activity, which may result in account disabling after verification;
  • Using driver and passenger data (geopositioning, ratings) to avoid user conflicts.

III. Using Cookies

Eco Executive Cars Ltd uses Cookie files to:

  • Perform user authentication;
  • Save user settings;
  • Keep booking history and other user data;
  • Display the website interface in the user’s geographical language.

Cookies are small data pieces sent by a web service and stored on a user’s device (PC, mobile phone, tablet).

  1. Transfer and Disclosure of User Data

Eco Executive Cars Ltd performs data transfers to other users or provides data on demand in cases where it meets legal requirements or is required to satisfy claims or settle disputes. Eco Executive Cars Ltd can transfer user data in the following cases:

  • To perform a booking, we may provide drivers with your name, email, telephone, pickup location, and destination location;
  • To perform a booking, we may provide passengers with your name, photograph, licence number, vehicle brand and model, and vehicle registration number.

3.1 To Suppliers and Business Partners:

  • Eco Executive Cars Ltd may transfer booking details to partners via API integrations;
  • We transfer data to credit card transaction providers.

3.2 Providing Data Under Legislation Grounds or in Dispute Cases

Eco Executive Cars Ltd may disclose personal data as required by law, in court disputes, or when requested by public authorities, including police.

3.3 Cases When Users Allow Sending Data

Eco Executive Cars Ltd may send data to third parties beyond this Agreement if we inform you and you allow it.

3.4 Storage and Deletion of Data

Eco Executive Cars Ltd stores personal data until the purposes described in this Agreement are met. Users can request account deletion anytime. However, Eco Executive Cars Ltd may store personal data even after user requests to comply with legal requirements. To delete your account, send a request to [email protected].

4 – Data Access and Data Collection Refusal

Eco Executive Cars Ltd allows users to review and manage data collection settings through:

  • Device permissions – Manage app permissions in Device settings -> Apps -> Permissions -> Choose permissions.
  1. Confidentiality Settings

Users can set and manage settings for collecting and transferring geopositioning data and receiving notifications in the “Settings” > “Applications” > Name of the “Rights” and “Notifications”.

4.1 Geopositioning Data

Users may allow or disallow collecting geopositioning of their mobile devices.

4.2 Permission to Camera

The camera is used to scan credit card details during booking payment. The payment process is provided through the financial service provider’s SDK.

4.3 Getting Data on Telephone Status

Users can allow or disallow access to telephone functions on their device. If disabled, this will result in failure to send requests from the Eco Executive Cars application.

  1. Enable/Disable Notifications

Users can enable or disable notifications about ride status changes or account actions. Disabling notifications may result in lower quality of user experience with the Eco Executive Cars application.

4.4 Changes in Confidentiality Agreement

Eco Executive Cars Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this Confidentiality Agreement. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the Eco Executive Cars application or by other means, such as email. Use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice to the extent permitted by law.
